1. Purpose

To prevent the conflict minerals in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its adjacent areas from being used in the raw materials of Jiangxi Ketai Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.

2. Scope of application

This system is applicable to all raw materials purchased by our company.

3.1 Definitions

Conflict metals refer to metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and tin (Sn), which come from mines in conflict areas controlled by non-governmental military groups or non military factions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

3.2 Detailed rules

Our company strictly abides by the code of conduct for the metal material industry, and only purchases materials from suppliers of raw materials that are responsible for the environment and society, to ensure that our suppliers purchase from smelters that have been verified as conflict free metals in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and have been listed in the "EICC GeSI Conflict Free Smelter" (CFS) list.
