Iron selenide superconducting thin film is a new type of high temperature superconducting material discovered after copper oxide high temperature superconductors, β- Fe Se is considered to be an ideal system for exploring superconducting mechanism because of its simplest chemical composition and structure. There is a nematic electronic liquid crystal phase (Nematic phase) in multilayer FeSe thin films, and its strength increases with the decrease of film thickness. When the film thickness is reduced to the single layer limit, its electrons no longer exhibit nematism, and high temperature superconductivity appears.
