Gallium phosphide granule(GaP)产品概况

As an infrared optical material with high surface hardness, high thermal conductivity and wide band transmission, gallium phosphide has potential applications in military and civil high-tech fields due to its excellent comprehensive optical, mechanical and thermal properties. In particular, this material may replace the existing important long-wave infrared material ZnS, or form a composite material with it, which is one of the choices of window materials for high Mach number missiles.
